Paul is the original founder and Director of Paul James Hairdressing For Men. With over 25 years of experience Paul has worked with some of the most recognised and accomplished men’s hairdressers in the industry.

After opening the salon in 2013, Paul’s passion for great growth and development in his brand is clear by his character and endeavour for success. Paul was trained on a one to one basis by Craig Hubert – a five-times British Men’s Hairdressing Champion and former World Champion.

Paul continues with a mission for expansion of the business online and locally. With a remarkable work rate and love for his work, Paul’s personal goals along with creating teams and developing staff will evolve his vision for the brand.
